Each item in the store is made by hand. If there are any defects in the craftsmanship I will make sure to correct them. Returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to report any issues. Unless otherwise specified, please expect your order to come from the US Postal Office. Due to Covid, I am currently not accepting orders from overseas. Thanks for your understanding.

Jewelry is fragile. My handmade items are priced fairly to reflect the work that has been done to create them. Please treat them kindly. It is important to me that you live your item. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it (in its original condition) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return cost and insurance.
